#100millionsolutions NEW MOVEMENT

Watch this video to understand what I'm talking about ( a very interesting video):

I decided to write my blog on this video because I found the movement to be very interesting. This video is being shared on Facebook by every Arab friend I have including my friend Maria who is a part of it. This movement was created by Think Unlimited and it basically does education reform and has a curriculum built around the idea of transforming the Arab Youth and finding solutions in a creative and innovative way for the most pressing problems in the Middle East.

This is a new movement in the Arab world targeting the youth. This video explains all the stereotypes Arabs deal with by being called terrorists, uneducated and problem creators. It is showing that Arab youth are like any other group of youth who are trying to protect their rights and identity. The youth in the video are stating that We Are Not A Problem, that the future of the Arab World is in the youths hands and it relies on educating people. This movement is a new revolution that has a positive effect and would lead to a positive change. It consists of 100 new million initiatives that's aiming to change the world's view of Arabs.

For me personally, I found this video and movement very empowering because it is a great way to capture the youths attention in making a difference and "connecting Arab youth across the globe to create a powerful movement of changemakers - armed with the next generation solutions their societies so urgently need". I live in a region who needs this kind of movement to secure a better future for my generation and all the future generations. The Middle East's New Revolutionaries is a great way to imply these changing tools that our region is in need of. We are going through a difficult phase, and it's getting harder by the minute. These stereotypes were emphasized on after 9/11 and the perspective of the world on the Arab world was completely destroyed. There is no better way to raise awareness in my opinion as much as what this movement is doing.
